Egerton Crescent
London
The project
A prestigious address nestled in South Kensington, Egerton Crescent sits within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Named in recent years as the UK’s most expensive street, Lawray was appointed to assist with an interior fit out and support the client’s interior designer.
Close collaboration
We were required to produce detailed interior designs with architectural background research for the interior development of the property. Working closely with all parties involved, we carried out a feasibility review of the client’s proposed brief, helping us to produce draft architectural drawings to move the project forward.
Perfecting the plan
Our team coordinated the concept design around the existing fabric of this terraced building and provided crucial presentation drawings for the client to take forward to planning.
By creating workable solutions and visuals for development, the project ran within the client’s deadlines, allowing each stage to be seamlessly implemented without issue. What’s more, as our concept designs complemented existing styles on this period street, we were able provide the client’s property with a stunning finish perfectly suited to a prime residential address.
