Eaton Square, Grand Residence
Belgravia, London
The project
Situated prominently on the corner of one London’s most refined and internationally renowned squares, this Grade II Listed palatial residence afforded Lawray a unique architectural challenge. We were tasked with bringing to life an exquisite vision from one of London’s premier interior designer/developers.
Liaising with all parties
To successfully achieve the brief, we needed to work closely with both the client team/ interior designers and the contractor to ensure their high-end vision and quality was maintained. However, we also needed to accommodate the requirements of the conservation officer and Grosvenor Estates.
Refined quality
The project encompassed full renovation, spatial reconfiguration and a full refurbishment, which involved a series of challenging requirements. Every room was designed to convey an affluent language of refined quality with all elevations composed to almost zero tolerance.
The entire project was finished on time and exactly to the client’s vision. The result is an exquisite family home that combines decorative period details with state-of-the-art services and features.
