The project
Recognised as the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the Grosvenor Estate, Eaton Square is perfectly positioned within Belgravia, one of London’s prime residential locations. Our commission was to refurbish a stunning Victorian residence that overlooked the square.
Premium experience
Having completed a number of commissions within Eaton Square, we were already experienced when it came to gaining planning approval and achieving the high aspirations of previous clients. However, due to the challenging nature of the site, this project required our team to think tactically about the renovation, how it could be achieved and still remain sympathetic.
A flawless combination
While the apartment required renovating and a partial reconfiguration of its internal layouts, we needed to make sure there would be no damage to its delicate historical features – both internally and externally.
We also embraced Grosvenor’s Renaissance regime, incorporating new services such as individual electrical systems and state-of-the-art AV entertainment networking. These were comfortably coordinated into the new designs, allowing the build to preserve the prestigious nature of this London address, while bringing the apartment in line with modern expectations.
