This project showcases the delivery of Unit 4 at Heads of the Valleys Industrial Estate in Rhymney, where Lawray Architects provided a modern, sustainable industrial space for Mileway. Designed and built in collaboration with key project partners, the scheme combines high-quality warehousing, flexible office accommodation, and strong environmental performance to support future-focused industrial use.

Sustainable Industrial Delivery

We’re pleased to share the successful completion of Unit 4 at Heads of the Valleys Industrial Estate in Rhymney, a new sustainable industrial development designed by Lawray Architects for our client Mileway.


Flexible Industrial & Office Space

Delivered in collaboration with project manager JLL, Encon Construction Ltd, RPA Quantity Surveyors Ltd, and Cambria Consulting Ltd, the scheme provides 2,415 square metres of high-quality warehousing and manufacturing space. The first floor offers open-plan office accommodation, while the ground floor includes dedicated staff welfare and changing facilities.


High-Performance, Sustainable Design

Sustainability has been a core focus throughout the design and construction, with the building achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and an EPC rating of A. Externally, the unit features a secure, gated yard, ample parking, and landscaped amenity space.

Unit 4 is a valuable addition to the Heads of the Valleys estate, and we’re proud to have contributed to this project.
