Working closely with experienced design team and developer, St Modwen Homes, Lawray was proud to help in the creation of Digbeth One 2. A significant urban residential apartment scheme, we undertook development and delivery from RIBA Stages 2 to 5.
Revitalising an area
Built on an existing brownfield site, Digbeth One 2 is a major contribution to the revival of Digbeth – Birmingham’s rapidly evolving creative centre. A complex project, due to the size and location of the site, Lawray enjoyed working alongside such an experienced construction team to create an exceptional collection of residential apartments.
Influenced by the area’s rich Victorian heritage and vibrant cultural scene, the development marks another notable moment in this once-in-a-century regeneration scheme.
The homes themselves underwent a review to ensure space planning and fit out met with London guides and the demands of the current marketplace/area.
