Arts & Crafts masterpiece
Many consider De Laszlo House to be the perfect architectural expression of the Victorian Arts and Crafts movement. Located on the tree-lined Fitzjohn’s Avenue in Hampstead, the building was named after Philip de Laszlo, one of the most celebrated royal portrait artists of the 20th Century.
Sympathetic restoration
Due to its historic importance, a large section of our brief was based on critical planning restraints. We needed to maintain the appearance of the existing facades, sympathetically restoring and retaining their quintessential character.
De Laszlo House now has 18 magnificent two, three and four-bedroom residences, set in extensive landscaped gardens. Each apartment is harmonious, light-filled and spacious with dynamic open living spaces and a stylish specification of the highest quality.
