Project Delivery

To help your project run smoothly, we openly communicate to ensure that every detail is fully considered. We deliver projects from concept to completion, as well as acting as delivery architects from RIBA stage 3 onwards.

We have directors and architectural technologists dedicated to the technical delivery of projects. Our regular design reviews ensure that projects are kept on track.

Digital Design

We are committed to constantly exploring the benefits of BIM and digital design technology, to improve the coordination and delivery of our client’s projects. Every project is delivered to BIM level two using a range of software, including Revit, Navisworks and NBS Chorus.

Our teams have extensive BIM and cross-team 3D modelling skills and have adopted industry-standard procedures, BIM-protocols and best practice. Cloud-working working enables us to collaborate across studios and with third parties. Our teams are supported by an experienced BIM manager who oversees the strategy, delivery and evolution of our digital design capabilities.

Securing Local Authority consent can be stressful and time-consuming – that’s why we act as your agent. Our architects have unrivalled experience and knowledge of planning guidelines, development policies and legislative framework, allowing us to seamlessly navigate the application process for you.

We offer expert guidance to help safeguard the long-term integrity of historic and sensitive structures. Our team conducts thorough inspections, feasibility studies, and heritage assessments to identify potential risks and ensure all interventions are appropriate and effective. We provide clear advice and ongoing support, particularly when preparing planning or listed building applications, so you can move forward with confidence and compliance.
