We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ post qualification experience to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle in education, residential, commercial, bluelight and industrial sectors. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong technical abilities.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
- Proficient in using Revit, generally tech savvy with good BIM understanding.
- Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
- Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
- Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
- Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
- Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
- Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc.
