We are seeking an experienced Architect with 3+ years’ post qualification experience. Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.
You’ll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. From managing personnel to applying your exceptional technical skills, this is a chance to lead with impact and innovation.
- 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
- Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
- Proficient in using Revit.
- Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design &Â build procurement routes.
- Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
- Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
- Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
- Solid understanding of legal frameworks concerning contracts, regulations, building codes, and compliance.
