Stuart joined Lawray in 2022 as a Senior Architect based in our London Studio. He brings more than a decade’s experience working for architectural practices, in Belfast, Glasgow, and Sport Northern Ireland, as well as project management on the contractor-side. His experience spans multiple sectors including healthcare, residential, industrial and commercial and he was involved in the award-winning Titanic Visitor Centre in Belfast.
Stuart completed his Part 1 architecture degree at the (now, renamed) University of Bedfordshire and later graduated from Queens University Belfast where achieved his master’s degree and Part 3 professional qualification. He registered with ARB and became a chartered architect after joining the RIBA in 2005.
He has a particular interest in sustainability and urban environments and admires the architecture of Mies van der Rohe, Norman Foster, Richard Rogers and Zaha Hadid. Away from architecture, Stuart enjoys travel, personal development, hiking, the outdoors, and keeping fit.
