Dai Gorwill

As Senior Architectural Technologist, Dai has worked mainly in the private sector on Design & Build schemes at all RIBA stages, from masterplans, feasibility and planning schemes to close co-ordination and delivery of projects on-site.

Prior to joining Lawray in 2022, he was responsible for delivering several large mixed-use developments including the 1m ft² Capital Quarter in Cardiff, where he built close long-term working relationships with the design team and specialist sub-contractors.

Dai is a self-proclaimed Rugby bore, frequently attending local club matches at all levels. Although now long retired from the game, he maintains his close connections with those he played with and against!
